The universal solution when you need to feed your family quickly and tasty - puff pastry biscuits with different fillings. They can be served for breakfast or baked, if you were visited by surprise guests.
Each hostess will have a pack of puff pastry, and the filling for the cake is made according to the principle “Finely chop everything that is in the refrigerator”.
Roll out thawed dough with a thin layer, cut a circle and grease it in the middle with butter. Place prepared stuffing in the center of the circle. Wrap the edges of the circle to the center and clamp, partially covering the filling. Grease the biscuit smeared with beaten egg and send to the oven.
Puff pastry is equally well combined with sweet fillings, and fruit, and meat. Here are some delicious combinations for express pies.
Sweet and sour apples - 0.5 kg.
Brown sugar - 2 tbsp.
Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices.Place them tightly in the center of the biscuits, sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. Pinch the edges of the biscuits, brush with the egg and put in the oven for 30 minutes.

Biscuit with mushrooms
Mushrooms of different varieties - 1 kg.
Shallots - 1 stalk.
Onion - 1 head.
Garlic - 1 head.
Ghee - 0.5 stack.
Garlic - 1 tooth.
Parsley - 1 bunch.
Grated cheese - 100 g
Black pepper, salt - to taste.
Juice of two lemons.
Chop garlic and shallots and fry for a minute in butter. Add chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper, stew for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat, add grated cheese, chopped onion and parsley and pour in lemon juice.
Put a puff pastry into a round or rectangular shape. Put the mushroom stuffing in the center, cover the edges, brush with the egg and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
Blueberries (fresh or frozen) - 400 g
Sugar - 50 grams, plus a little more for sprinkling.
Corn starch - 2 tbsp.
Vanilla syrup - 1 tsp. (You can take 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar).
Salt - to taste.
Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon zest. Add juice, squeezed from half a lemon, salt and vanilla syrup. Mix everything and set aside so that the blueberries lightly pour the juice.
Roll out the dough and cut circles out of it. Put the filling on the dough, fasten the edges, brush with egg and put in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, as blueberries can stain it with juice. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown, then turn off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes in the oven.
