During the day I drink from 2.5 to 4 liters of water(I prefer warm water, because it is easier to digest by my body). Every third day, as well as in those days when I have a cold or during a period of days that are just tense for the body (flights, tours), I exclude protein foods from the diet.This makes it easier for me to survive stress and recover faster.
As for sports, I am not a big fan of exhausting workouts and rigid system graphics of these. I am engaged exclusively in the hunt.I prefer to run fast. I go on 15-20km. LI love swimming, swimming a breaststroke and a crawl 2-3km each. And of course, I do the simplest exercises on the main muscle groups of the arms, abs, back, buttocks and legs. On any of the above muscle groups on the Internet, you can find a huge number of exercises and choose the most suitable for you.
