Banana ice cream.
Ingredients:4 ripe bananas, 1 tbsp. peanut butter.
CookingPeel the bananas, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices and freeze for 2 hours.
Fold the frozen slices into a blender and whisk. Initially, they will be crushed into ice chips, and later, when the ice has melted, they will turn into a creamy mass. Before the end of whipping, add a spoonful of peanut butter. Get soft and gentle ice cream.
If you prefer hard ice cream, cover the banana mass and freeze again. Decorate with syrup and sprigs of mint.
Dessert from grapefruits and oranges.
Ingredients: 6 mint leaves, 2 tbsp. l honey, 3 oranges, 2 grapefruit.
CookingSqueeze the juice out of one orange.Peel off the remaining fruit and films. Put the peeled slices into bowls.
Wash mint, disassemble into leaves, chop and mix with orange juice and honey. Beat the resulting sauce, pour the fruit slices and put them in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Ingredients: sunflower seeds (peeled) - 2 tablespoons, sugar - 1 tablespoon, flour - 1.5 tablespoons, refined vegetable oil - 1 tablespoons, water - 4 tablespoons.
CookingFry the seeds lightly in a dry frying pan. So the wife of a frying pan, calcined to a cream-colored flour. Be careful: overcooked seeds or flour will give a harsh aftertaste to halva.
Twice the seeds through a meat grinder. Add flour, mix and mince twice more.
Cook the syrup. Dissolve sugar in water and boil over low heat until a drop of it begins to harden in air.
Add vegetable oil to the finished syrup, mix and pour everything into the mass of seeds.
Stir thoroughly, put the mass into the mold and put it under the press. In the mass, you can add raisins, nuts, seeds.
Give 6-8 hours for impregnation and congelation.
Oranges in syrup
Ingredients: 300 ml of water, 170 g of sugar, 1 orange, 1 large lemon.
CookingWash the orange thoroughly. Cut off with a thin layer of peel and a white bitter crust.
Cut the pulp into 0.5 cm thick circles and remove bones from them.
Slice orange peel into thin strips. Boil water with sugar, add zest and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put sliced oranges on a platter and cover with hot syrup. Cool and serve.
Jujube from juice.
Identities:juice of 2 oranges, gelatin - 30 g, sugar - 250 g, water - 100 ml.
CookingHeat the juice. Put gelatin in it and leave for 10 minutes. Swell.
Dissolve sugar in water and bring to a boil over low heat.
Remove the syrup from the heat, pour the juice into the gelatin into it and stir vigorously until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Strain the syrup and pour it into small molds. You can also use a large baking dish, and cut the marmalade after setting.
After curing, roll the marmalade in powdered sugar.
