Joint exercises in gymnastics and outdoor games are useful for all family members. They contribute to the harmonious physical development of the child and the maintenance of his health. Parents, taking an active part in physical education, maintain their fitness at the proper level. Daddies improve strength and dexterity, while mothers maintain a slim figure. In addition, joint leisure activities strengthen family ties, bringing together representatives of both generations.
To an active lifestyle baby should be taught from an early age. A year or two before school is especially important in preparing the child for further continuous improvement of motor skills. And, as you know, to teach something to a little man is much easier and more effective by personal example. If you and your husband are supporters of fascinating workouts, then it will be much easier for you to entice your child.
Starting joint classes; should gradually move from light to more difficult exercises.
Trips to nature
A lot of opportunities for general activities in mobile games give trips to nature. Getting out into the forest, use the features of its relief (if you had time to forget the school geography textbook, I remind you: the terrain is called the roughness of the earth's surface), teach your child to navigate and move through rough terrain, overcome obstacles, run, jump, throw stones and bumps, crawl, remaining unnoticed.
Obstacles are found in a clearing, meadow or on the road - shallow grooves after rain, low mounds, stones of various sizes and shapes. In a forest clearing, a child can practice throwing cones and stones on the run, on the go, standing. This task is easy to perform, but it is well developed coordination of vision and movement.
Collecting cones, berries and mushrooms requires frequent bending of the body and straightening, perfecting fine motor skills of hands. In winter you can go skiing and sledding together. But I do not advise playing hide-and-seek with the child in the forest, since small children can easily lose their orientation and get lost.
Other hazards are related to games near water and in water. Seemingly shallow water at first sighttheir insignificant excitement can hide many dangers and present unpleasant "surprises", therefore children should not be left unattended near them.
Before the child enters the water, adults should check the bottom. In the lake it can be covered with silt, cut up by bottom keys, littered with branches. Whirlpools and pools are dangerous in rivers. Harmless-looking sandbanks can also pose a threat. You should make sure that the sand is tamped down enough to support the weight of a large number of people. Do this not with your own feet, but with the help of a stick. A suitable place for swimming is where there is a firm, flat bottom without algae and undercurrents, a low coast and there are no whirlpools near. In addition, not superfluous to protect the area reserved for swimming, rope, stretched between the poles, hammered into the bottom. Anyone who takes care of children should have an inflatable circle and a long pole with him in order to provide quick help if necessary.
Remember also that physical overstrain can negatively affect the functioning of internal organs - the heart, the digestive tract, and the endocrine glands. Therefore, the load must comply with the general physical preparation of the child and his health. They should be increased gradually, taking into account the reaction of the baby.
In the courtyardYou can also offer the baby to play ball, tag, try to teach him to jump rope, shoot a bow and slingshot. A huge number of options are limited only by your imagination and desire of the baby.
In winterthere are plenty of classes too. So, besides the traditional snow woman, my son proposed to build for her a whole house with a lot of chairs, tables, beds and even his own car (whatever you say, and children's imagination is much richer than ours). Snowball games are always accompanied by an incessant children's laughter, and not only children's ones. Do you remember how in childhood you loved to be dumped in the snow, presenting yourself as some kind of fairy-tale character like the Snow Queen? If your child herself has not thought of this beforehand, do not be a hypocrite, offer him this remarkably cheerful game and see whom she will bring more pleasure. The only caveat: make sure that the child does not freeze and do not get wet, teach him to breathe in cold weather with his nose (in extreme cases, inhale through the nose, and exhale through the mouth).
And since the traditional Ukrainian winter is not so much snowy as rainy (the current weather is a pleasant exception), do physical exercises and gymnastics at home. Try to make everything happen in the form of an exciting game. Spending on exercises for 5-10 minutes a day, but by performing them regularly, you will soon see what undoubted benefits they bring to you and the child. As a result of such activities and outdoor games, children grow faster, their appetite improves, and a more harmonious development of the body and psyche takes place. And your waistline will become narrower, the press will be strengthened, your father’s arms and legs will increase, you will laugh and have more fun, which, as you know, increases the life span and, in any case, improves its quality.
And here are thosepractical exercises, which we practice in our family and which, perhaps, will suit you.
1. We march in place and clap our hands on every step. And now try to do it with a book on your head. I vouch will be fun.
2. We jump up on the spot (once on the right, once on the left foot) and wave our hands like birds.
3. We become smooth, feet shoulder-width apart. We make flies with our hands in opposite directions of the “mill” type. At first, it is difficult for a child to coordinate his movements, but with time he will succeed.
4. Try, hitting the ball on the floor, alternately raise the legs so that the ball passes under them.
5. Lying on the floor, do scissors and a bicycle.
6. Standing on one leg, toss and catch the ball. I hope you will not last so long, than to amuse the crumb.
7. But this is also a very funny exercise: standing on one leg, bend the other and place a ball on it. How long could you hold out? And your baby?
8. You and your dad will rest your hands on the floor and bend your back, imagine that you are arches. Let the baby crawl under you and become the same, and now you crawl, and after you dad. Kids like it a lot.
9. Gently lift the crumb by the tense elbow-bent handles.
10. Let the baby be on your foot, and you take it by the handles and slowly lift your leg.
11. Daddy with the baby on his shoulders, suggest to perform a few squats and light jumps.
12. In the end, you can try very carefully toss the child up.
