The length of the slope plays a decisive influence on the placement of drains; we must place a multitude of pipes, gutters and connecting elements around the roof.The larger the surface of the roof, the greater must be the diameter of the gutters. Fix the gutters along the eaves, observing the appropriate slope. For every 10 m length of such a slope should be 2-3 cm.

Chutes intended for connection, 2-3 meters or 4 meters long, usually have a semicircular or elliptical shape. The standard diameter of the gutters is 125 mm, depth 62 mm. The deepest gutters on the market are 78 mm deep. Depth affects the capacity of the system, which is important in case of heavy precipitation. It depends on whether water with very strong precipitation flows inside the flow or will be poured out. The brackets on which the gutters are supported differ in their construction and materials, as well as the method of fixation.
