Lexi Reed, 26, weighed 218 kg when she married 28-year-old Danny, who was then 127 kg. Their combined ration contained more than 8,000 calories per day, including fried food and Chinese fast food.
But last year they decided to end this way of life, and they kept their word, losing 140 kg in just 12 months.
“I was always afraid that I would break chairs in a cafe when I ate there, and people were staring, so it’s not good to weigh 350 kg together,” Lexi says. - We never ate vegetables, never tried to lead a healthy lifestyle. Everything we ate was fried or junk food. ”
“We easily ate 4,000 calories a day each, we didn’t know how to stop. Each time on the New Year we made the same decision, but we never adhered to it, but January 2016 was different. All of our relationships revolved around food. On dates, we ate 3-4 meals at a restaurant, and then ordered food home. ”
“My size controlled my life and my health, it was hard for me to breathe, I was sure that I would have diabetes soon. But once we decided to end this. I lost more than 100 kg in a year, and Danny lost 32 kg. ”
